摘要
以有机膦腈碱为催化剂,2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇和双丙烯酸酯为单体,通过羟基与双键的Michael聚合在室温条件下制备线型聚酯醚,考察了催化剂种类、催化剂浓度、单体物质的量比和双丙烯酸酯单体类型对聚合反应的影响。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振谱(NMR)分析了聚合物的结构及聚合反应机理,采用体积排除色谱(SEC)表征了聚合物的分子质量及分子质量分布。结果表明:以合适浓度的磷腈碱t-BuP 2可催化羟基与双键的Michael加成聚合制备得到较高分子的聚合物;且采用长碳链的双丙酸酯与羟基单体聚合或提高双丙烯酸酯与羟基单体的物质的量比都可降低羟基Michael加成聚合的酯交换副反应,并得到更高分子质量的线型聚酯醚。
Linear polyester ether was prepared at room temperature by Michael polymerization of hydroxyl and double bond using phosphazene-bases as catalyst,2-methyl-1,3-propanediol and diacrylate as monomers.The effects of catalyst type,catalyst concentration,feed ratio of monomer and monomer type of double bond on polymerization reaction were investigated.The polymer structure and polymer reaction mechanism were studied by fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the prepared polymers were characterized by size-exclusion chromatography(SEC).The results show that the relatively higher molecular weight of polymer was prepared by phosphazene-bases t-BuP 2 with appropriate concentration.In addition,increasing the carbon chain length of double bond monomer or improving the molar ratio of diacrylate to alcohol hydroxyl monomer can reduce the interesterification side reaction,and obtain higher molecular weight linear polymers.
