摘要
动车组能耗测量对于列车顶层参数设计、线路运行能耗评估、动车组全寿命周期成本计算等工作的指导性意义重大,对中国标准动车组能耗测试技术进行研究。考虑速度级、动车组载荷、辅助用电及司机操纵等因素的影响,提出一套完整的试验方案、测试数据处理及结果分析方法;在此基础上,归纳形成了标准化的能耗试验方法;分析中国标准动车组能耗与阻力间的定量关系,并结合实际线路下动车组能耗数据进行验证性分析。能耗试验方案及确定的评估指标为中国标准动车组优化设计、新建高铁线路运行能耗评估提供了技术支撑。
Aiming at the great significance of the measurement of EMU energy consumption to the design of top-level parameters of the train,the evaluation of operation energy consumption of high speed railway lines,and the calculation of life cycle cost of EMU,the test technology of energy consumption of Chinese standard EMU was studied.Firstly,considering the influence of speed level,EMU load,auxiliary power consumption and drive operation,a complete test scheme,test data processing and result analysis method were proposed.And then,a standardized energy consumption test method was formed.Finally,the quantitative relationship between energy consumption and resistance of Chinese standard EMU was analyzed,and the verification analysis was carried out based on the real-world EMU energy consumption data.The energy consumption test scheme and evaluation index determined in this paper provide technical support for the optimization design of Chinese standard EMU and the operation energy consumption assessment of newly-built high-speed railways.
