摘要
目的了解甘肃省定西市人群碘营养状况和碘缺乏病防治效果,加强并完善消除碘缺乏病长效工作机制。方法按照《甘肃省碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》要求,检测8~10岁儿童及孕妇尿碘、儿童甲状腺肿大和家中食盐碘含量。结果 2019定西市共调查8~10岁儿童1 452人、孕妇709人,儿童尿碘中位数为185.79μg/L,各县(区)尿碘中位数范围139.15~232.55μg/L;孕妇尿碘中位数为156.53μg/L,各县(区)尿碘中位数范围119.75~215.32μg/L;检出儿童甲状腺肿大12例、肿大率为0.83%;盐碘中位数25.55 mg/kg、碘盐覆盖率99.34%、合格碘盐食用率88.59%。结论定西市整体碘缺乏病处于持续消除状态,盐碘营养水平总体上处于适宜范围,但个别县(区)存在碘摄入量不足的风险;应进一步加大健康教育力度,使广大群众真正认识碘缺乏病的危害,增强自我保护意识,自觉食用合格碘盐。
Objective To comprehend the condition of iodine nutrition and the effects of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disease(IDD)in the population in Dingxi city,strengthen and perfect the long-term mechanism for eliminating IDD.Methods According to the Monitoring Program of IDD in Gansu Province(2016 Edition),the urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 years and pregnant women,goiter in children and the iodine concentration in salt were detected.Results There were 1452 children aged 8-10 years and 709 pregnant women were investigated.The median of urinary iodine was 185.79μg/L of children with the ranged from 139.15 to 232.55μg/L in counties(districts),and 156.53μg/L of the pregnant women with the range of median from 119.75 to 215.32μg/L in all counties(district).Totally 12 children with goiter were found with the goiter rate of 0.83%,the median of iodine in salt of 25.55 mg/kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt of 99.34%,and the intaking rate of qualified iodine salt of 88.59%.Conclusions IDD is generally in the status of continuous elimination,and the level of iodized salt nutrition is within the appropriate range.The risk of insufficient iodine intake exists in a few counties(districts),so the health education should be further strengthened to make the masses truly realize the hazard of IDD,enhance the awareness of self-protection,and consciously take in qualified iodine salt.
