摘要 牙体缺损可影响咀嚼、发音和美观等,而机体自身形成的继发性牙体组织不足以修复缺损。利用干细胞技术实现牙体组织的再生,是牙体缺损理想的修复方式之一。牙髓干细胞是一种自牙髓中分离出来的具有自我更新和多项分化潜能的口腔成体干细胞,是有利于牙体组织再生的干细胞来源。骨形态发生蛋白是多功能性生长因子,对干细胞的生长、分化有一定的调控作用。本文就骨形态发生蛋白调控牙髓干细胞成牙本质分化的研究进展作一综述。 Tooth defects would affect chewing,pronunciation and aesthetics,and the secondary tooth tissue formed by the tooth itself could not repair the defect.Stem cell technology can regenerate tooth tissue and is one of the ideal ways to repair tooth defect.Dental pulp stem cells are the oral adult stem cells isolated from dental pulp with the potential of self-renewal and multiple differentiations,and are the source of dental tissue regeneration.Bone morphogenetic protein is a multifunctional growth factor,and it can regulate the growth and differentiation of stem cells.This paper reviews the research progress of bone morphogenetic protein regulating dentin differentiation of dental pulp stem cells.
