摘要
目的:分析法洛四联症产前诊断中胎儿超声心动图检查的应用价值。方法:选取20例2015年1月~2019年1月在本院行产前超声心动图检查的法洛四联症胎儿,对其超声心动图各切面检查结果进行分析,并将引产后尸检和随访出生后超声心动图结果与产前超声心动图结果进行比较,分析胎儿超声心动图的诊断效果。结果:20例经超声心动图诊断为法洛四联症的胎儿,其中有11例选择引产,有9例继续妊娠并分娩,所有病例均经上级医院尸检或产后检查,证实为法洛四联症,超声心动图对法洛四联症的诊断准确率为100.0%。结论:胎儿超声心动图诊断法洛四联症的准确率较高,且安全无创,能够为临床及早干预提供重要依据。
Objective:To analyze the value of fetal echocardiography in prenatal diagnosis of tetralogy of fallot.Methods:Select 20 cases between January 2015 and January 2019 in our hospital to prenatal echocardiographic examination of tetralogy of fallot,fetus the echocardiographic each section test results is analyzed,and the autopsy after induced labor and follow-up after the birth of echocardiography results comparing with prenatal echocardiographic results,analysis the diagnosis of fetal echocardiography Results:Among the 20 fetuses diagnosed with tetralogy of fallot by echocardiography,11 were induced labor and 9 continued pregnancy and delivery.All cases were confirmed to be tetralogy of fallot by autopsy or postpartum examination in superior hospitals.The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography for tetralogy of fallot was 100.0%.Conclusion:Fetal echocardiography has a high accuracy rate in diagnosing tetralogy of fallot,and is safe and non-invasive.It can provide an important basis for early clinical intervention.
