摘要
地下装载机是非煤地下矿无轨采矿的主要设备。由于地下矿经过长期和大规模开采,浅层矿产资源逐渐减少,正逐步转入深部开采。深部开采恶劣的工作环境对人体健康和设备安全的危害越来越严重,它促进了地下采矿设备技术发展,经过了人工控制、遥控控制、远距离控制、半自主控制、自主控制等发展阶段,国外有些矿山已经实现了或部分实现了自动化的目标,全自动化、智能化是地下采矿装备的一个重要发展方向。本文简略介绍了国内外地下装载机自动化发展现状与趋势。
Underground LHD is an important equipment for underground trackless mining. As the mining depth increasing, the mining conditions become worse and worse and it seriously threats human health and equipment’s safety, this accelerates the development of underground LHDs. LHD has been developed from manual controled to tele-remote, automation and towards intelligence controled. This article briefly introduces the current status and development trend of the automation of underground LHD at home and abroad for the reference of relevant comrades.
