摘要
基于提升教学团队教学能力,从更新教育理念,统一团队成员教育思想;勇于创新实践,提高团队个体教学能力以及健全教育机制等方面进行了探讨,为提高教学团队教学能力,培养高素质创新人才进行了理论和实践探索,具有一定借鉴意义。
This paper discusses renewing the educational concept, unifying the educational thought of the team members, daring to innovate practice, improving the individual teaching ability of the team, and improving the educational mechanism in order to improve the teaching ability of the teaching team and cultivate high quality innovative talents. The theoretical and practical exploration has certain reference significance.
