摘要
拉槽是采准和回采工作间的桥梁和纽带。空场法开采极不稳固急倾斜薄~中厚矿体时,按常规方法拉槽存在工人生命安全受到威胁和凿岩设备安全保障低、切割井施工难度大且进度缓慢、采切比大、贫损率和拉槽成本高等问题。通过研究无切割工程拉槽技术,巧妙地利用出矿穿脉或其冒落后的空区作为爆破初始自由面,以微差(挤压)爆破技术,从下向上逐步形成全断面切割槽,结果表明,无切割工程拉槽技术能既安全高效又低成本的在极不稳固矿体内拉槽。
Trenching is the bridge and link between mining preparation and mining.When the open stope mining method is used to mine the extremely unstable and steeply inclined orebody with thickness from thin to medium thick,there are some problems such as the workers’life safety is threatened,the safety of rock drilling equipment is low,the construction of cutting shaft is difficult and slow,the ratio of mining to cutting is large,and the cost of trenching is high.Through the study of trenching technology without cutting engineering,the initial free surface of blasting was cleverly used for the ore drawing through vein or its backward mined area,and the full section cutting groove is gradually formed from the bottom to the top by millisecond(extrusion)blasting technology.The results show that the trenching technology without cutting can be used as a safe,efficient and low-cost trenching technology in extremely unstable orebodies,which can be used as a reference for similar mines.
