摘要
病毒性肺炎是一种由病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病。近期在武汉爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)使病毒性肺炎重回大众视野。近年来国内成人病毒性肺炎发病率逐渐升高,由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)、甲型H1N1流感病毒、H7N9禽流感病毒、严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)等病原体引起的病毒性肺炎给社会带来了巨大的危害。病毒性肺炎属中医疫病范畴,中医药治疗疫病有着悠久的历史且疗效显著。而中医药多成分、多靶点的治疗特点在应对病毒性肺炎的治疗中则体现出一定的优势,故有必要就此方面的临床研究工作进行总结。本文从中医角度出发,就急性严重呼吸综合征、甲型H1N1流感、人感染H7N9禽流感、COVID-19的病因病位病机、临床治疗用药做一简单探讨,为中医药临床治疗病毒性肺炎提供参考。
Viral pneumonia is an acute respiratory infection caused by viral infection.A Novel coronavirus pneumonia(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)outbreak in wuhan recently brought viral pneumonia back to the public.In recent years,the incidence of adult viral pneumonia in China has been gradually increasing.Viral pneumonia caused by pathogens such as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV),H1 N1,H7 N9 and SARS-CoV-2 has brought great harm to the society.Viral pneumonia belongs to the Yibing of Chinese medicine(CM).CM has a long history in the treatment of epidemic diseases.However,the multi-component and multi-target characteristics of CM show certain advantages in the treatment of viral pneumonia,so it is necessary to summarize the clinical research work.From the perspective of CM,this paper briefly discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical treatment of SARS,H1 N1,H7 N9 and COVID-19,and provides reference for the clinical treatment of viral pneumonia with CM.
