摘要
总结董松林教授辨治早中期股骨头缺血坏死的临床经验。董教授重视本病早中期的诊治,强调早期诊断是股骨头坏死是否适合保髋治疗的关键因素。他将本病一般分为风寒湿痹型、肝脾肾不足型、气滞血瘀型、痰湿闭阻型进行辨证论治,合理使用温经、补益、通络、化痰湿的治法,标本内外兼顾,辨证加减用药,列举病案4则,收效满意。
The experience of Professor DONG Songlin in the diagnosis and treatment of early and middle stage femoral head ischemic necrosis is summarized.Professor DONG attaches importance to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in the early and middle stage and emphasizes that early diagnosis is the key factor for whether femoral head necrosis is suitable for hip preservation therapy.From the perspective of the syndrome differentiation,he divides the disease into the wind-cold-dampness-arthralgia type,the liver,spleen and kidney deficiency type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type and phlegm-dampness blocking type and rationalizes the methods such as warming,supplementing,dredging,and resolving by addressing both the symptoms and root causes and adding and subtracting drugs based on syndrome differentiation.Four medical cases with satisfactory result were cited.
