毛细管气相色谱法测定3-氟-4-溴苯酚

Determination of 3-fluorine-4-bromophenol by capillary gas chromatography

摘要 建立测定3-氟-4-溴苯酚毛细管气相色谱法。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,对3-氟-4-溴苯酚进行定量分析和分离条件研究。结果表明,此方法在1.0~15.0mg/L范围内,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9991,加标平均回收率为99.20%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.2%,样品中各组分分离效果较好,可用于合成工艺研究及成品质量控制。 To establish a capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of 3-fluorine-4-bromophenol. A HP-5 capillary column and a hydrogen flame ionization detector were used to study the quantitative analysis and separation conditions of 3-fluorine-4-bromophenol. The results showed that the peak area had a good linear relationship with the sample concentration in the range of 1. 0 ~ 15. 0 mg/l,the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9991,the average recovery rate was99. 20,the relative standard deviation( RSD) < 1. 2,and the separation effect of each component in the sample was good. It can be used in synthesis process research and finished product quality control.
