摘要
为了完成中央双索面斜拉桥主梁安装,并且保证安装阶段的主梁受力状况与成桥阶段基本接近,经过研究制造了适应主梁受力特点的QMDJ500型桥面吊机,采用主桁架与前、后支点横梁可分离式结构,吊装时支点横梁受力,行走时支点横梁旋转并移动,避开斜拉索。通过有限元分析、型式试验及抗风研究,保证吊机强度及稳定性满足规范要求。经过工程应用表明,以上吊机结构满足中央双索面斜拉桥主梁吊装要求,可为类似斜拉桥建设提供借鉴。
In order to install the main girder of central double cable-stayed bridge and ensure that the stress state of main girder in the installation stage is basically similar as that in the bridge formation stage,QMDJ500 deck crane,which is adapted to the stress characteristics of main girder,has been developed.QMDJ500 deck crane can separate the structure of main truss and the front and rear fulcrum beam.When QMDJ500 deck crane is lifting,the stress would be on the fulcrum beam.When it is moving,the fulcrum beam would be rotated and would keep away from stay cables.With the analysis of finite element method,type test and wind-resistant research,the strength and stability were guaranteed to meet the specifications.The engineering application shows that the structure of QMDJ500 deck crane could meet the requests of the construction of main girder of central double cable-stayed bridge and provide reference for similar cable-stayed bridge construction.
