摘要
探讨了还原氧化石墨烯对全棉无纺布的抗菌整理性能,以期为抗菌功能无纺布的生产起到指导作用.本研究考察无纺布整理前后的表面特征、整理工艺参数对无纺布抗菌性能的影响,并利用正交试验对整理工艺参数进行优化,得到的还原氧化石墨烯比氧化石墨烯具有更强的抗菌性能.整理工艺参数中,氧化石墨烯浓度对抗菌性能影响最大;最佳工艺参数为氧化石墨烯浓度4.5 g/L、浸渍时间50 min、浸渍温度85℃,抑菌率为98.3%,水洗20次后仍有良好的抗菌效果,即还原氧化石墨烯对全棉无纺布整理后具有优良的抗菌性和抗菌稳定性.
In this study,the antibacterial finishing properties of reduced graphene oxide(RGO)on cotton non-woven fabrics are discussed to provide guidance for the production of antibacterial non-woven fabrics.The effects of surface characteristics and finishing process parameters on the antibacteria l properties of non-woven fabrics before and after finishing are investigated,and the finishing process parameters were optimized by orthogonal tests,and the RGO obtained has stronger antibacterial prope rties than graphene oxide.The results show that the concentration of graphene oxide has the greatest impact on the antibacterial properties.The optimum process parameters are as follows:the concentration of gr aphene oxide is 4.5 g/L,the impregnation time is 50 min,the impregnation temperature is 85℃,and the antibacterial rate is 98.3%.After 20 times of washing,the fabric still has good antibacterial effect.It can be concluded that reduced graphene oxide has excellent antibacterial properties and antibacterial stability on cotton non-woven fabrics.
