(Na0.48K0.52)0.96Li0.04(Nb0.86Ta0.08Sb0.06)O3无铅压电陶瓷的制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用固相烧结法,制备了具有多晶相变(PPT)结构的(Na0.48K0.52)0.96Li0.04(Nb0.86Ta0.08Sb0.06)O3(NKLNTS)无铅压电陶瓷。研究了烧结温度对陶瓷相结构、显微结构、密度及电性能的影响。研究结果表明,烧结温度在1 020℃~1 100℃范围内,样品均为钙钛矿结构,烧结温度对微观形貌和电学性能有较大影响;NKLNTS在1 080℃烧结时表现出优异的电学性能,其压电常数和平面机电耦合系数分别为:d33=306 pC/N,kp=0.358;NKLNTS陶瓷与纯KNN陶瓷相比,NKLNTS陶瓷的T0-t和Tc均向低温方向移动,To-t和Tc分别为41℃和342℃。 (Na0.48K0.52)0.96Li0.04(Nb0.86Ta0.08Sb0.06)O3(NKLNTS)lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with polycrystalline phase transition(PPT) structures are prepared by solid-state sintering method. The effects of sintering temperature on ceramic phase structure, microstructure, density and electrical properties are studied. The results show that the sintering temperature has a great influence on the microstructure and electrical properties when the sintering temperature ranges from 1 020 ℃ to 1 100 ℃,and the samples are presented in perovskite structure within this range of temperatures. The samples sintered at 1 080 ℃ showes excellent electrical properties( d33 = 306 pC/N, kp = 0.358). Compared with pure KNN ceramics, both To-t and Tt of NKLNTS ceramics move towards low temperature, and the To-t and Tt are 41 ℃ and 342 ℃, respectively.
