摘要
“嵌入式”人才培养模式作为法学专业的新型培养模式,与传统培养模式相较,更具直接性、针对性、实践性、多元性和前沿性。该模式在实施过程中应当是全方位的,嵌入内容上应涵盖人才培养方案、专业师资力量以及专业教学内容等,嵌入时间应以人才培养方案为指针,结合学生的职业倾向择时嵌入,嵌入载体应多样化等。近年来,应用型地方高校法学专业实施该模式取得了一定成效,但因高质量的法律实务专家短缺、未建立深度合作的常态化工作机制、缺乏针对性课程评价标准等问题的存在,该模式的实效有待进一步提升。
The“embedded”talents training model,as a new training model for law majors,is more direct,targeted,practical,diverse and pioneering than traditional training models.The model should be comprehensive in the implementation process.The embedded contents should cover the talents training plan,professional teachers and professional teaching contents.The embedded time should be decided based on the talents training plan and the students’professional inclination.The embedded carrier should be diversified.In recent years,the law major of applied local colleges has got certain results after the implement of this model,but there still exist some problems such as the shortage of legal practice experts,the failure to establish a normalized working mechanism for in-depth cooperation,and the lack of targeted curriculum evaluation standards.The effectiveness of this model needs to be further improved.
