摘要
介绍了城轨车辆电传动系统平台架控自冷牵引逆变器的系统设计、主电路及部件选型、结构设计和简统化接口方案及试验验证情况,样机试验结果验证了该平台牵引变流器电气性能、铝合金箱体和吊挂的结构强度、部件温升、电磁兼容和防护等级等可以满足设计要求。对于城轨车辆牵引系统产品平台建设、提高产品可靠性具有重大意义。
The system design,main circuit and component selection,structure design,simplified interface scheme and test verification of bogie control traction converter by air cooling for the propulsion system platform of metro vehicle are introduced.The prototype test results verify that the electrical performance,the structure strength of the aluminum alloy box and the suspension,the temperature rise of components,electromagnetic compatibility and protection level of the traction converter can meet the design requirements.It is of great significance to improve the reliability for the construction of propulsion system platform of metro vehicle.
