摘要
氮气干燥工序是瓶级切片固相缩聚工艺中的重要部分,目前氮气干燥器配套的PLC存在可靠性低、扩展性差以及中心控制室无法实时监控设备工况等问题。在不改变干燥器原有工作模式的前提下,提出了基于DCS对PLC进行集成改造的方案,利用DCS顺序控制实现了氮气干燥工序自动化功能,介绍了顺序控制程序的组态方法。该优化方案提高了装置的自动化水平及对故障的响应速度,保障了装置安全稳定运行和产品质量。
Nitrogen drying process is an important part in the technology of the PET solid-phase polycondensation.At present,the PLC used in nitrogen dryer has some problems of high intensity manual patrol,low reliability,poor expansibility and the inability of real-time monitoring of equipment conditions in the central control room.On the premise of not changing the original working mode of dryer,a scheme of PLC integrated with DCS is put forward,the nitrogen drying process automation function is realized by DCS sequence control,and the configuration method of sequence control program is introduced.The optimized scheme improves the automation of the device and the response speed to faults,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the device and the product quality.
