超声振动切削加工雾化表面研究

摘要 针对拍照炫光问题,总结了减少和消除炫光的方法。对于超声振动切削加工雾化表面的弯曲振动和纵向振动加工工件表面轮廓进行分析,得出:纵向振动加工表面具有对称的蜂窝状凹槽,具有更理想的光学雾化效果。最后针对纵向振动设计了谐振频率为27KHz的换能器和变幅杆,其模态分析结果显示谐振频率误差较小,设计较为合理。 Aiming at the problem of glare in photos,the methods of reducing and eliminating glare are summarized.Based on the analysis of the surface profile of bending vibration and longitudinal vibration of ultrasonic vibration machining atomized surface,it is concluded that the longitudinal vibration machining surface has symmetrical honeycomb groove,which has more ideal effect of optical atomization.Finally,a transducer with a resonant frequency of 27 kHz and a amplitude transformer are designed for longitudinal vibration.The modal analysis results show that the resonant frequency error is small and the design is reasonable.
