摘要 采用搅拌铸造法制备了(AlN+ZrB2+Al2O3)/6061Al复合材料,对热挤压后复合材料中的物相组成进行了分析,力学性能进行了测试,并研究了热处理工艺对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:ZrB2、Al2O3和AlN微纳米粒子沿挤压方向呈流线状分布,显著提高了6061合金的室温与高温强度;随着热暴露时间的延长,复合材料的抗拉强度表现出先升高后降低的趋势;制备的复合材料在160℃的极限抗拉强度可达325 MPa,300℃时仍可保持在165 MPa。 The(AlN+ZrB2+Al2O3)/6061 Al composite was prepared by using the stirring casting method. After the hot extrusion, the microstructure was observed and the mechanical properties were tested. Furthermore, the effect of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties was also studied. The results show that ZrB2, Al2O3 and AlN micro-nano particles are distributed like streamline along the extrusion direction, which significantly improves the room temperature and high temperature strengths of 6061 alloy. With the extension of heat exposure time, the tensile strength of the composite shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The ultimate tensile strength of the prepared composite can reach 325MPa at 160℃ and still maintain 165MPa at 300℃.
