D401螯合树脂脱除鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+的研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章研究了D401螯合树脂脱除鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+的吸附条件,包括树脂用量、反应体系温度和pH、吸附时间等对Cd^2+脱除率的影响。在单因素实验结果的基础上,利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,开展响应面实验设计和结果分析,确定了D401螯合树脂脱除鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+的最佳静态吸附条件为:酶解液pH5.0、温度40℃、树脂用量50 g/L、吸附时间60 min,预测的Cd^2+脱除率为93.81%。在此条件下,Cd^2+的实测脱除率为(94.06±0.19)%,与回归模型预测值相对偏差为0.27%,表明响应面模型可靠,可用于各因素对鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+脱除率的影响预测。同时研究了D401螯合树脂对鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+的动态洗脱效果,Cd^2+的动态脱除率可达95.46%,蛋白保存率在90%以上,能有效保留鱿鱼内脏酶解液中的蛋白类营养成分,说明D401螯合树脂鱿鱼内脏酶解液中Cd^2+的动态脱除中具有良好的应用效果。 This experiment investigated the desorption of cadmium from hydrolysate of squid viscera by chelating resin D401.The removal rates of cadmium from hydrolysate were separated studied by the influence of the dosage of chelating resin D401,solution temperature and pH,and adsorption time.According to the Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface analysis,the optimum conditions of cadmium desorption were set as:the reaction solution pH 5.0,temperature 40℃,resin dosage 50 g/L and adsorption time 60 min,the predict and actual removal rate of Cd^2+were 93.81%and(94.06±0.19)%,with the relative deviation of 0.27%.The results indicated that the regression model was reliable and could well reflect the influence of various factors on the removal rate of Cd^2+in the hydrolysate of squid viscera.The dynamic removal rate of Cd^2+from hydrolysate of squid viscera by D401 reached 95.46%,and the retention rate of protein and amino acid nitrogen was above 90%,could effectively keep the squid visceral protein,indicated that chelating resin D401 can be effectively used in the dynamic removal of Cd^2+from the hydrolysis of squid viscera.
