摘要
植物挥发性香气组分作为一种天然产物,除芳香作用之外还具有多种生物活性,在食品、化妆品及制药工业具有广泛用途。工业领域传统植物香气提取方法包括水蒸馏法、蒸汽蒸馏法、溶剂提取法、冷压榨法等,而新兴香气提取技术包括超临界流体、辅助提取、分子蒸馏、旋转锥体柱蒸馏、渗透汽化等技术已逐渐成熟并凸显其应用优势及前景,同时实验室植物香气分析前处理提取技术也得到发展,为了充分获得天然植物香气,各种提取新技术仍在不断开发中。
As natural products,plant volatile aroma components have a variety of biological activities and have widely used in food,cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.Traditional plant aroma extraction methods in the industrial field include water distillation,steam distillation,solvent extraction,cold pressing,etc.Emerging aroma extraction technologies such as supercritical fluid,assisted extraction,molecular distillation,spinning cone column distillation,pervaporation and other technologies have gradually matured and highlighted its application advantages and prospects.At the same time,laboratory scale plant aroma analysis pretreatment extraction technology also developed rapidly.In order to fully obtain the natural plant aromas,various new extraction technologies are still in continuous development.
