摘要
协作性知识工作场景已逐渐成为许多领域主要的知识工作形式,有必要利用推荐系统辅助知识工作者快速获取有效的信息。为了了解推荐系统如何被用来支持知识工作者对信息的需求,对这一领域中已有的学术研究成果进行了系统的文献检索和分析。分析的重点内容包括:推荐方法的类型和特点、推荐的依据、推荐的内容、推荐系统的测试方法以及评估指标等。最后对分析结果进行了归纳和总结,对该领域中的重难点问题和未来可能的研究方向进行了探讨。
Increasingly,collaborative knowledge work is becoming the predominant type of work in many fields,which focus on the information overload and collaboration.Therefore,it is necessary to assist knowledge workers to acquire effective information quickly through recommendation system.This article uses a systematic literature survey of previous studies and scientific research,to chart how recommender systems have been and can be used to support knowledge workers,need for information.Factoracts of analysis include type of recommended methods,their characteristics,what the recommendations are based on,what is recommended,how the system were tested,metrics and quality indicators.Finally,the analysis results are summarized,and the key and difficult problems in the field and the possible research direction in the future are discussed.
