某浮框环式六分量测力天平的研制

摘要 研制新型浮框环式天平。采用天平与供气管路的并联方案,可以在很大程度上减小导弹及单喷飞机推力矢量风洞试验的模型受力变形影响问题,提高试验的准确度。借鉴浮框天平的大刚度及环式天平中空的特点,采用周向布局的多梁元件组合测量方法,实现该天平的研制。目前天平样件已经完成校准及风洞洞校工作,天平精、准度达到国军标的合格水平。为后期的导弹及单喷飞机模型的推力矢量试验奠定了良好的基础。 In order to develop a new type of floating frame ring-type balance the parallel scheme of balance and air supply pipeline could reduce the influence of force and deformation on the model of thrust vector wind tunnel test of missile and single jet aircraft to a great extent,and the accuracy of the test was improved.According to the floating box balance stiffness and the hollow characteristics of ring type balance,the multi beam element combination measurement method with circumferential layout was used to realize the development of the balance.At present,the balance sample has been calibrated and the wind tunnel calibration work has been finished,and the precision and accuracy of the balance reach the qualified level of national military standard.A good foundation of thrust vector test for later missile and single jet aircraft was set by the study above.
