摘要
目的:探讨脑苷肌肽注射液在高血压脑出血清除术中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年4月-2020年4月在笔者所在医院行高血压脑出血清除术的70例高血压脑出血患者,按照不同的辅助治疗方案分为对照组(常规辅助治疗,35例)与观察组(常规辅助治疗+脑苷肌肽注射液,35例),对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子水平(TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将脑苷肌肽注射液应用于高血压脑出血清除术中,可有效提高手术治疗效果,促进患者神经功能修复,改善患者术后自理能力,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection on the removal of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 70 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent the removal of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected.According to different auxiliary treatment regimens,the patients were divided into the control group(routine auxiliary treatment,35 cases)and the observation group(routine auxiliary treatment+Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection,35 cases),the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and ADL score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection in the removal of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the effect of surgical treatment,promote the repair of patients’nerve function,and improve patients’ability to care for themselves after surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
