摘要
血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)是大脑和外周循环之间的重要屏障,通过严密调节物质交换在维持中枢系统内环境稳态中起着至关重要的作用。缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)可引起BBB损伤及破坏,进一步促进缺血性脑损伤的发展。本文总结并归纳了IS后引起BBB损伤及功能障碍的相关分子及细胞机制,有望为发现潜在的治疗靶点提供线索,以保护BBB并改善IS患者预后。
Blood-brain barrier(BBB)is an essential barrier between the peripheral circulation and the brain.It plays a vital role in maintaining the homeostasis of brain microenvironment via regulating the exchange of substances.During and after ischemic stroke(IS),BBB disruption facilitates injury progression.This article reviews recent advances in cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying BBB dysfunction after ischemic stroke through retrieving relevant literatures,which reveals promising potential therapeutic targets for protecting the BBB and improving patient outcomes after ischemic stroke.
