摘要
目的:探讨本院新生儿在检测电解质时分别应用全自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪检测效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在本院进行电解质测定的新生儿,总计192例,分别用血气分析仪及全自动生化分析仪测定患者动脉血电解质,对比两台设备的检验结果。结果:血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪测定新生儿电解质有显著性差异,P<0.05。两台仪器准确度、精密度均在规定的误差范围内,但全自动生化分析仪具有更高的准确度、精密度,效果更好。结论:血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪在新生儿电解质的测定上具有一定的偏差,应根据临床需求而采用不同的检测方法。全自动生化分析仪有更严格的质量体系,而血气分析仪没有。建议使用全自动生化分析仪作为电解质监测标准。
Objective:To discuss the detection effects of the automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer in the newborns in our hospital.Methods:A total of 192 newborns were selected for electrolyte measurement in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.The arterial blood electrolytes were measured with a blood gas analyzer and a fully automatic biochemical analyzer,and the test results of the two devices were compared.Results:There was a significant difference between the blood gas nalyzer and the automatic biochemical analyzer in the determination of newborn electrolytes,P<0.05.The accuracy and precision of the two instruments are within the specified error range,but the automatic biochemical analyzer has better results.Conclusion:The two detection methods have certain deviations in the determination of newborn electrolytes.The automatic biochemical analyzer has a stricter quality system,but the blood gas analyzer does not.It is recommended to use an automatic biochemical analyzer as the electrolyte monitoring standard.
