摘要
分析轮胎挤出半成品部件脱层的原因并提出相应解决措施。流道和预口型设计不合理、终口型开型系数不匹配、机头压力小、胶料停放时间和环境温度变化大、胶料门尼粘度偏高、挤出机转速大、排胶温度高等均会造成挤出半成品部件脱层,通过采取重新设计机头、改善胶料存放环境、降低胶料门尼粘度、调整生产工艺参数等措施,有效解决了挤出半成品部件脱层问题。
The causes of delamination of extruded semi-finished tire parts were analyzed and the corrective actions were proposed.It was found that unreasonable design of the flow channel and pre-die,mismatched opening coefficient of the final die,low head pressure,large changes in rubber parking time and ambient temperature,high rubber Mooney viscosity,high extruder speed,and high rubber discharging temperature would cause delamination of extruded semi-finished products.Measures such as redesigning the flow channel and pre-die,improving the rubber storage environment,reducing the Mooney viscosity of the compound,and adjusting the production process parameters could effectively solve the problem of delamination of extruded semi-finished products.
