暗挖车站组合顶管顶进沉降叠加效应影响分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Settlement Superposition Effect Induced by Combined Pipes Jacking in Mined Metro Station

摘要 以深圳某拟建地铁车站暗挖工程为背景,基于ABAQUS软件建立了相应的三维有限元模型,研究了暗挖车站双洞组合顶管同侧先后顶进、异侧先后顶进和同侧同时顶进三种工况对地层沉降叠加效应的影响并作了对比分析。结果表明:在主要沉降区内,组合顶管施工引起其上部土层的沉降随深度的增加而增大;同侧先后顶进施工和异侧先后顶进施工的沉降叠加效应对周围土体的影响差别不大,其在开挖面地表产生的沉降槽约为组合顶管总宽度的2倍;第1组顶管顶进后,第2组顶管顶进产生的沉降更显著,第2组顶管竣工时造成的地表沉降比第一组增加73%;同侧同时顶进的组合顶管施工造成的周围土体沉降比顶管先后顶进施工大概增加了40%。 Taking the underground excavation project of a planned subway station in Shenzhen as the background,the corresponding three-dimensional finite element model is established based on the ABAQUS software.The ground settlement superposition effects induced by combined pipes jacking construction is researched and compared regarding three conditions,namely combined pipes jacking on the same side successively,combined pipes jacking on the reverse side successively and combined pipes jacking on the same side simultaneously.The results show that:in the main settlement area,the combined pipes jacking construction will cause increase of the settlement of the upper soil layer along with the increase of depth;as for the conditions of jacking successively at the same side and jacking successively at the reverse side,there is little difference in the impact on ground settlement superposition effect,the ground surface settlement trough on the excavation face is about twice the total width of the combined jacking pipes;after jacking of the first group of pipes,the settlement caused by jacking of the second group of pipes is more significant,the ground surface settlement caused by jacking of the second group of pipes is 73%higher than that of the first group pipe jacking;the ground settlement caused by pipe jacking simultaneously on the same side is about 40%higher than that of the pipe jacking successively.
