摘要
区间隧道施工智能变频技术根据隧道内温湿度、CO浓度、粉尘浓度等监控信号的变化,通过PLC按规范分析计算出相应的通风量,进而对变频器和风机进行调节,可满足施工过程中在节能以及环境保护方面的要求。文章基于长距离盾构区间隧道施工条件,提出施工通风智能变频节能技术的设计方案,并解决了一些智能变频调节技术应用时的问题。
The fundamental of intelligent frequency conversion technology for interval tunnel construction is to monitor the changes of elements such as temperature,humidity,CO concentration,dust concentration and other monitoring signals in the tunnel.According to the monitoring signal analysis,PLC calculates the corresponding ventilation volume,and then adjusts the frequency converter and fan.It can meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection in the construction process.Based on the construction conditions of long-distance shield tunnel,this paper puts forward the design scheme of intelligent frequency conversion energy-saving technology for construction ventilation,and solves some problems in the application of intelligent frequency conversion regulation technology.
