泥质粉砂岩地铁暗挖车站支护结构及施工工法优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章以长沙市轨道交通6号线烈士公园站暗挖段为研究背景,采用数值模拟计算方法对超大断面地铁车站浅埋暗挖施工的开挖方法及支护结构进行了优化研究,分析了不同开挖和支护方案下的拱顶位移、地表沉降和支护结构受力情况。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与现场监测数据较为吻合,提出的优化方案合理;优化后的“双侧壁导坑+分步台阶法”能极大简化施工,优化支护结构方案较其它两种方案施工控制效果好。研究成果可为实际设计与施工提供理论参考,并丰富和完善了城市地铁暗挖施工经验,可以为今后类似工程提供经验参考。 Based on the underground excavation section of martyrs park station of line 6 of Changsha rail transit,the numerical simulation method is used to optimize the excavation method and support structure of shallow-buried and mined metro tunnel with super-large section.The displacement of the vault,the ground settlement and the stress of the support structure under different excavation and support schemes are analyzed.The results show that the numerical simulation results agree well with the field monitoring data,and the optimization scheme proposed is reasonable.The optimized“double side drift+step-step method”can greatly simplify the construction,and the optimal support structure scheme is better than the other two schemes.The research results of this paper provide theoretical reference for practical design and construction,enrich and improve the experience of underground subway excavation construction,and provide experience reference for similar projects in the future.
