摘要
冻结法应用于地铁施工中,可显著提高开挖周围土体的强度、抗渗性,维持整个施工过程的稳定性。但是冻结法在施工过程中,会存在冻胀以及融沉问题,这将对洞内主体结构、地表以及管线产生危害。文章依托济南地铁6#联络通道的修建工程,对联络通道采用冻结法进行地层加固、融沉注浆的施工工艺进行了研究,并对施工过程中的地表沉降以及地下管线沉降监测结果进行了分析,得到如下结论:冻结法施工的联络通道,在进行融沉注浆过程中,需重点关注解冻前5 d内地表以及地下管线的沉降情况;经过分析建议对冻结加固体采取强制解冻措施,以尽早控制融沉现象。
The freezing method is applied to the subway construction,which can significantly improve the strength and impermeability of the soil around the excavation and maintain the stability of the whole construction process.Frost-heave and thaw-settlement may occur in freezing project,which will cause damage to the main structure,surface and pipeline.Based on the construction of the Jinan Metro No.6 cross passage,it studies the construction process of the cross passage using freezing method for artificial ground freezing reinforcement and thaw settlement grouting,and analyzes the ground settlement and underground pipeline settlement monitoring results.It comes the following conclusions:in the process of thaw settlement grouting,it is necessary to focus on the settlement of the ground surface and underground pipelines within 5 days before thawing;after analysis,it is recommended to adopt forced un freezing measures for freezing solids to control thaw settlement as soon as possible.
