摘要
为量化间歇式和连续滚筒式沥青混合料拌和设备各工艺流程的能耗和碳排放,推动道路建设行业的节能减排,对此两类拌和设备生产沥青混合料的各个流程进行分析,建立相应测算模型,通过大量设备能耗和排放参数的调查统计,选定合适的测算参数,计算得出两类沥青混合料拌和设备的能耗和碳排放。计算结果表明:生产1t油石比为4.5%连续密级配AC-13沥青混凝土,相较于间歇式沥青混合料拌和设备,连续滚筒式沥青混合料拌和设备能节约0.073t标准煤,减少的碳排放0.176t,节能减排效果显著。在节能减排方面,连续式沥青混合料拌和设备更具有优势,符合国家节能减排的要求。
To quantify the energy consumption and carbon emissions of each process in batch asphalt mixture mixing equipment and continuous drum type asphalt mixture mixing equipment and promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the road construction industry,the various processes for the production of asphalt mixtures by these two types of mixing equipment are analyzed in this paper.The corresponding measurement model is established.Besides,appropriate measurement parameters are selected through survey and statistics of a large number of equipment energy consumption and emission parameters.Then the energy consumption and carbon emissions of two types of asphalt mixture mixing equipment are calculated.Calculations prove that if one ton of continuous dense grade AC-13asphalt concrete with oil-stone ratio of 4.5%is produced,it can save 0.073tof standard coal and reduce carbon emissions by 0.176tcompared with batch asphalt mixing equipment when it is produced by continuous drum type asphalt mixing equipment.Energy saving and emission reduction effect is significant.In terms of energy saving and emission reduction,continuous asphalt mixing equipment has advantages and can meet the national energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.
