摘要
针对传统火炮击针突出量检测方法需要提出闩体而带来的精度低、安全性不高等问题,介绍了激光扫描法测量火炮击针突出量的方法。该测量方法解决了不提出闩体就能测量出击针突出量,分析了该方法测量误差,运用中位值平均滤波提高采集数据的精度,建立了数学模型求解击针突出量的算法以减小系统误差。
Aiming at the problems of low precision and low safety caused by breechblock in traditional artillery pin protrusion detection method,the laser scanning method for measuring artillery pin protrusion is introduced.The measurement method solves the problem that the pin protrusion can be measured without the breechblock.The measurement error of this method is analyzed.Median average filter is used to improve the accuracy of data acquisition,the mathematical model is established to solve the firing pin protrusion algorithm to reduce the system error.
