摘要
为了使浮球上水控制器可以预设水箱内水位高低、实现全自动工作、增加可靠性与安全性,对浮球式上水控制器的重新设计.针对传统浮球控制方案的不稳定问题,采用环形回路设计,对水电进行分离,确保了日常使用的安全性,同时因为采用环形回路的往复循环工作方式,增加浮球式上水控制器使用过程的稳定性.针对PLC+水位探针控制器成本较高的问题,采用浮球水位监测设计,降低了生产维护成本.
In order to make the float water controller preset the water level in the water tank,realize automatic operation,increase reliability and safety,the float water controller is redesigned.In view of the instability of the traditional float control scheme,the circular loop design is adopted to separate the hydropower to ensure the safety of daily use,and at the same time,because of the reciprocating cycle operation mode of the ring loop,increase the stability of the float water controller.Aiming at the high cost of PLC water level probe controller,the floating ball water level monitoring design is adopted to reduce the production and maintenance cost.
