摘要
基于皮带输送机在选煤厂中的重要作用,分析了选煤厂皮带输送机在运行的过程中会出现的撒料、跑偏以及噪音等故障问题,同时结合同煤集团大地选煤公司下属选煤厂输送机的现状进一步进行故障分析.为了确保皮带输送机长期不出现故障,提高其效率,减少其因故障而停机的现象,提出了针对不同故障的解决措施,旨在为皮带输送机的高效率作业提供一定的指导作用.
Based on the important role of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant, this paper analyzes the fault problems such as sprinkling, deviation and noise in the operation of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant. At the same time,combined with the current situation of conveyor in coal preparation plant, further fault analysis is carried out. In order to ensure that the belt conveyor does not fail for a long time, improve its efficiency and reduce the phenomenon of stopping because of the fault, the solution measures for different faults are put forward in order to provide some guidance for the high efficiency operation of the belt conveyor.
