摘要 所探讨的毗邻大海、钢结构防腐配套体系采用冷喷锌涂料及热浸镀锌的千兆瓦级燃煤电厂,主结构使用比利时锌加冷喷锌涂料,膜厚要求180μm,属于非常规涂料及膜厚配置,次结构采用热浸镀锌,但两端的高强螺栓处的摩擦面要施涂比利时锌加冷喷锌涂料,以确保此处的表面满足抗滑移性能。通过先对锌加冷喷锌涂料自身特点及其施工特点研究入手,然后深入研究在不同结构类型的钢结构、不同防腐方式情况下如何涂装既能有效施涂,又能保证冷喷锌涂膜的预期防腐质量及达到既定摩擦面抗滑移性能的目的。 This paper deals with a coastal gigawatt coal-fired power plant,which adopts cold spraying zinc coatings and hot dip galvanizing in the corrosion-resistant supporting system of steel structure.The main structure adopts Belgian zinc and cold spraying zinc coatings with film thickness being 180μm,which belong to unconventional coatings and film thickness configuration.The secondary structure adopts hot dip galvanizing,but the friction surfaces of the high-strength bolts at both ends are coated with Belgian zinc and cold spraying zinc coatings to ensure that the surfaces there meet the anti-sliding performance requirement.In this paper,the characteristics of zinc and cold spraying zinc coatings and their application characteristics are studied first,and then how to effectively apply the coatings under different structural types of steel structure and different anticorrosion methods is studied in depth to ensure the expected anticorrosion quality of cold spraying zinc coatings and achieve the purpose of anti-sliding performance of the friction surfaces.
