下向进路楼板式假顶采矿法在急倾斜极薄矿体开采中的应用 被引量:6

Application of Downward Drift Floor-type False Roof Mining Method in Steeply-inclined and Extremely-thin Veins

摘要 针对倾角大于55°,厚度小于0.8m的急倾斜极薄不稳固矿脉开采过程中遇到的贫化大、安全性差,甚至不可开采等问题,提出了下向进路楼板式假顶采矿法,不用在进路内进行全断面的充填,通过浇筑0.6m^0.8m厚的高强度楼板式假顶,下层设置木支柱支撑,防止楼板下滑。某矿山实践结果表明,该方法可以提高资源回采率,且在满足在安全开采的前提下,其充填量仅为常规下向进路法的24%~26.7%,并避免了接顶困难等问题,当矿脉厚度为0.5m时,采场生产能力为17t/d,采矿损失率为10%,矿石贫化率为37%,能够满足该矿生产要求。 There are some problems in the mining process of steeply-inclined,extremely-thin and unstable veins,such as large dilution,poor safety,and even non mining,when the dip angle is greater than 55°and the thickness is less than 0.8 m.Aimed at the problems,downward drift floor-type false roof mining method was put forward and studied,which propose the highstrength floor-type false roof with thickness of 0.6 m^0.8 mto instead of filling the whole section in the access road,as well as set the wooden support in lower layer to prevent the floor from sliding.The practice results of a mine show that this method can improve the recovery rate of resources,the filling amount is only 24%~26.7%of the conventional downward drift method on the premise of safe mining,and the problems such as roof connection difficulty were avoided.When the vein thickness is 0.5 m,the stope production capacity is 17 t/d,the mining loss rate is 10%,and the ore dilution rate is 37%,which can meet the production requirements of the mine.
