摘要
目的探讨手术室护理管理对控制医院感染的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月到我院进行手术治疗的200例患者展开研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行手术室护理管理,对比分析两组患者在住院期间的感染发生率,及对临床护理方法的满意度和流行病学特点。结果观察组住院期间感染发生率为3.0%,低于对照组的9.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对临床护理方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以流行病学分布特点来看,ICU、老年患者、夏秋季节比成年患者、普通病房、冬春季节占比较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过重视控制医院感染,加强手术室护理管理能有效降低医院感染率,提高患者对临床护理质量满意度,对于预防及控制医院感染意义重大,可以在临床中推广运用。
Objective To explore and analyze the value of applying nursing management in operation room for the control of nosocomial infection.Methods The study was conducted through selecting 200 patients receiving surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 who were then randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received nursing management in operation room.The incidence of infection during hospitalization,the satisfaction with the clinical nursing method and the epidemiological features of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of infection in the observation group during hospitalization was 3.0%,lower than the 9.0%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the clinical nursing method in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the epidemiological distribution features,the ICU,elderly patients and summer and autumn season accounted for more than adult patients,general ward,winter and spring season,but the difference between the two groups without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Highlighting the control of nosocomial infection by enhancing nursing management in operation room can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate and improve the patients'satisfaction with clinical nursing quality.It is of great significance for preventing and controlling nosocomial infection and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
