摘要
介绍了现有的食品快速检测技术,包括光谱技术、免疫分析技术、低场核磁共振技术等,以及食品快速检测技术在粮油产品安全检测中的应用情况,并分析检测技术的优点和不足,以期为进一步开展粮油产品质量安全快速分析研究提供参考。
This article briefly introduces the current rapid food detection technologies, including spectroscopy technology, immunoanalytical technology, low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technology, etc., as well as the application of rapid food detection technologies in grain and oil products safety detection. The advantages and disadvantages of detection technologies were also reviewed in order to provide a reference for further research on rapid analysis of quality and safety of grain and oil products.
