摘要 内江三元沱江桥主桥为(71+3×144+71)m预应力混凝土连续梁拱桥,跨越沱江、滨江路、污水处理厂、内椑路和既有成渝铁路,为川南城际铁路控制性工程。主桥箱梁为单箱双室变梁高断面,钢管拱主拱为变高度桁架式断面,副拱为等高哑铃形断面,每跨两榀拱肋间设横撑。主桥按先梁后拱法施工,梁体采用挂篮对称悬浇,合龙顺序先边跨后次中跨再中跨;钢管拱在工厂制造,运至现场后采用支架法对称拼装。跨成渝铁路施工难度较大,通过合理的施工设计、严格的施工控制和周全的专项防护措施,既确保了施工安全,又保证了铁路正常营运。 The main bridge of Neijiang Sanyuan Tuojiang bridge is(71+3×144+71)m prestressed concrete continuous girder arch bridge,which crosses Tuojiang river,Binjiang road,sewage treatment plant,Neibei road and existing Chengdu-Chongqing railway.It is the controlled project of intercity railway in south Sichuan.The box girder of the main bridge is a single box and double-chamber variable girder height section,the main arch of steel pipe arch is a variable height truss section,and the auxiliary arch is an equal height dumbbell section,with transverse brace between the two arch ribs per span.The main bridge is constructed according to the first girder and then arch method,the girder is suspended symmetrically by hanging basket.The closing order is first side span,then secondary middle span and then middle span.The steel pipe arch is manufactured in the factory and assembled symmetrically by bracket method after being transported to the site.The construction across Chengdu-Chongqing railway is very difficult.Through reasonable construction design,strict construction control and comprehensive special protection measures,the construction safety and normal operation of the railway are ensured。
