摘要
以青海种植的藜麦为试验材料,通过单因素试验和响应面分析法,对藜麦多酚的提取工艺进行优化。通过测定藜麦多酚得率,研究提取时间、料液比和乙醇体积分数对藜麦多酚得率的影响。在单因素试验基础上通过响应面分析法优化提取条件。结果表明,藜麦种子多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1︰20(g/mL),提取温度60℃,提取时间30 min。此条件下,藜麦多酚提取得率为0.227%。藜麦多酚的最优提取工艺合理、可行。
Optimize the extraction process of quinoa polyphenols by the single factor experiment and the response surface methodology,with quinoa planted in Qinghai used as experimental material.The effects of extraction time,ratio of material to liquid and ethanol concentration on the yield of polyphenols were studied by measured yield of polyphenols.Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction condition.The results suggested that the ethanol concentration 60%,the ratio of material to liquid 1︰20(g/mL),the extraction temperature 60℃,and the extraction time 30 min.The yield of quinoa polyphenol was 0.227%under this extraction condition.Optimized extraction process technology of quinoa polyphenols was reasonable and feasible.
