摘要
目的分析2013-2019年成都市食源性疾病暴发事件流行病学特征,揭示食源性疾病暴发事件报告数迅速增长的原因与规律,为疾病防控提供基础数据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对2013-2019年成都市食源性疾病暴发监测系统上报的食源性疾病暴发数据进行统计分析。结果 2013-2019年,成都市共报告食源性疾病暴发事件192起,2 263人发病,3人死亡,罹患率9.57%。食源性疾病暴发事件以夏季(7-8月)最为集中,其中有毒植物及细菌导致的食源性疾病暴发事件占查明原因事件的95.48%,尤其是有毒植物导致的中毒呈逐年上升趋势。家庭、宾馆饭店、单位食堂是食源性疾病暴发事件的主要场所。结论细菌性食源性疾病暴发事件仍是成都市食品安全的首要问题,而有毒植物中毒事件上升趋势迅猛,且仍有被低估的风险,需要引起高度关注,并采取针对性防控措施,降低食源性疾病负担。
Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of reported foodborne disease outbreaks in Chengdu City from 2013 to 2019 so as to reveal the reasons of the rapid increase in the number of foodborne disease outbreaks and provide basic data for foodborne disease prevention and control. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the outbreak data of foodborne diseases reported by the foodborne disease outbreak surveillance system in Chengdu City from 2013 to 2019.Results A total of 192 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported in Chengdu City from 2013 to2019, which caused 2663 illnesses and 3 deaths. The attack rate was 9.57%. Foodborne disease outbreaks mainly occurred in summer(July-August). Poisonous plants and microbial pathogens caused 95.48% of the identified outbreaks. Notably,the outbreaks caused by poisonous plants showed an increasing trend yearly. Families,hotels and canteens were the main places for foodborne disease outbreaks. Conclusion Microbial foodborne diseases were the first priority of food safety problems in Chengdu City. Poisonous plants poisoning rose rapidly and cannot be ignored. It is necessary to strengthen the targeted prevention and control measures to reduce the burden of foodborne diseases.
