摘要
在石油勘探及储运过程中,发生的原油泄露是极为严重的环保和安全问题,由于此现象是小概率事件,且其发生情况的不确定性,对其进行长时间监测会造成人力资源的极大浪费。文章研究将改进的多重分形算法应用于溢油情况的自动监测,首先提出基于图像灰度的算法改进方式,并验证算法正确性,在此基础上,提出溢油自动监测的原理及方法。
In the process of oil exploration,storage and transportation,the leakage of crude oil was a very serious environmental protection and safety problem.As the phenomenon of oil spill was a small probability event,and its occurrence was uncertain,a great waste of human resources wascausedby long-term monitoring.In this study,the improved multifractal algorithm is applied to the automatic monitoring of oil spill.Firstly,an improved algorithm based on image gray level was proposed,and the correctness of the algorithm is verified.On this basis,the principle and method of the automatic monitoring of oil spill were proposed.
