老城区留守儿童参与体育活动对其健康成长的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 在"健康中国行动"大力实施背景下,提升城乡居民健康素养已被纳入政府决策中。留守儿童作为城市化进程中的产物,研究其健康问题对于提升国民健康素养、深化教育供给侧改革具有重要意义。本文以老城区留守儿童参与体育活动的情况作为研究对象,运用实验、访谈与统计分析方法获取老城区一小学170名留守儿童的健康信息,并将学生参与体育活动前后的健康数据进行比较。实验结果显示:参加体育运动后,学生的体质、积极情绪、社会适应能力显著提升,由此证明,参加体育活动有助于改善留守儿童健康状况,能促进其身心健康成长。 Under the background of"healthy China Action",improving the health literacy of urban and rural residents is included in the government decision.The physical health for left-behind children is of great significance to improve national health literacy and deepen the education supply-side reform.In this paper,the methods of experiment,interview and statistical analysis was used to obtain the health situation for 170 left-behind children in a school in the old urban area and compare it with the health data of the students after participating in physical activities.The results showed that the students after participating in physical activities whose physical fitness,positive emotion and social adaptability significantly improved,indicating that participation in physical activities can help to improve the health status of left-behind children and promote the healthy growth of children.
