磷石膏-脱硫石膏复合相石膏胶凝材料性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用磷石膏和脱硫石膏两种工业副产石膏制备磷石膏-脱硫石膏复合相石膏胶凝材料。探究脱硫石膏掺量变化对复合相石膏标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、力学性能的影响。结合扫描电镜(SEM)分析了复合相石膏水化硬化后的晶体形貌变化,最后分析了复合相石膏性能影响机理。结果表明,随着脱硫石膏掺量的增加,复合相石膏的标准稠度用水量逐渐减少,凝结时间缩短,绝干抗折、抗压强度逐渐提升。复合相石膏的晶体形貌呈板状晶体和短柱状晶体共存状态,晶体搭接较致密,使得复合相石膏的力学强度得以提升;另一方面,复合相石膏标准稠度用水量减少使复合相石膏力学强度上升。 Phosphogypsum-desulfurization gypsum composite phase gypsum cementitious material was prepared by compounding phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum.The influence of the content of desulfurized gypsum on the standard consistency water consumption,setting time and mechanical strength of composite phase gypsum was studied.Combined with SEM,the change of crystal morphology after hydration and hardening of composite gypsum was analyzed.Finally,the influence mechanism of composite gypsum properties was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the content of desulfurized gypsum,the water consumption of standard consistency of composite gypsum decreases,the setting time is shortened,and the absolute dry bending strength and compressive strength of composite gypsum are improved continuously.The crystal morphology of composite gypsum is composed of tabular crystal and short columnar crystal.The overlapping of crystals is relatively dense,which makes the mechanical strength of composite gypsum improved.On the other hand,the decrease of water consumption for the standard consistency of composite gypsum also makes the mechanical strength of composite gypsum increase continuously.
