摘要
高等政法院校司法鉴定专业实验室是卓越法治人才培养的重要阵地。高等政法院校必须着力破解司法鉴定专业实验室育人观念滞后、实验教学管理制度不健全以及实验队伍公共服务衔接实验实训教学体系的路径不明确等现实问题,以增强育人属性。强化高等政法院校司法鉴定专业实验室育人属性的客观基础在于实验室开放,关键在于实验技术队伍的精力投入,并以实验室管理制度的深化改革为保障。高等政法院校要以立德树人成效根本标准为指引,不断丰富对司法鉴定专业实验室育人属性效果的认识和评价方法体系的研究。
The professional laboratory of judicial expertise in higher political and legal colleges plays an important role for training outstanding legal talents.In order to enhance the quality of education,higher political and law colleges must focus on solving problems such as the lagging concept of forensic appraisal laboratory education,the unsound experimental teaching management system,and the unclear path of experimental team public services to the experimental training teaching system.The objective basis of strengthening the cultivation of talents in the laboratory of judicial expertise in higher political and legal colleges lies in the opening of the laboratory,and the key lies in the energy input of the experimental technical team,which is guaranteed by the deepening reform of the laboratory management system.Guided by the basic standard of cultivating talents by morality,higher institutions of political science and law should continuously enrich the understanding of the effect of cultivating talents in the laboratory of judicial expertise and the research on the evaluation method system.
