摘要
大量研究成果表明,当前在美军无人机操作员群体中普遍存在士气低落、焦虑和抑郁等消极情绪。从情感事件理论视角出发,根据情感事件理论的宏观结构模型,分析了工作环境、工作事件和情绪特质对美军无人机操作员情绪反应和工作绩效的影响以及消极情绪的成因,进而提出相应的对策建议,以期为我军的无人机操作员培训管理提供借鉴参考。
A large number of research results show that there are negative emotions such as low morale,anxiety and depression among U.S.UAV operators.From the perspective of affective events theory,the effect of working environment,working events and emotional qualities on the emotional reactions and job performance of U.S.UVA operators were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures put forward to provide the reference and suggestions for our UAV operators′training and management.
