摘要
食品在生产和贮存的过程中容易受到内源性毒素的污染,食用被内源性毒素污染的食品会对人体造成不同程度的损伤。因此,针对食品中这些有毒有害的成分检测不容忽视,利用先进的仪器检测分析内源性毒素,可以更准确、更可靠地保障食品的安全性,本文就目前食品中常见的内源性毒素仪器分析检测现状进行概述。
Food in the process of production and storage of vulnerable to endogenous toxin pollution,eating food by endogenous toxin pollution will cause varying degrees of damage to human body as a result,for the poisonous and harmful ingredients in food detection should not be ignored,using advanced instrument testing analysis of the existence of endogenous toxin,can be more accurate and more reliable guarantee of food security,in this paper,the current status of common endogenous toxin instrument analysis in food detection are summarized.
