摘要
海上某油田油管短时间内腐蚀穿孔,我们通过失效部位宏观分析、微观分析、理化检验和产物分析对腐蚀穿孔机理进行分析。结果表明,该油管物理化学性能均符合标准,穿孔失效的主要原因是管材存在磷化物氧化物等夹杂引发点蚀并产生了电化学腐蚀,点蚀造成了夹杂物周围形成闭塞区,电化学腐蚀使闭塞区内部酸度增大产生氢致开裂,加速油管腐蚀穿孔。
Oil pipes in an offshore oil field occurred corrosion and perforation in a short period of time.We analyzed the mechanism of corrosion perforation through macro analysis,micro analysis,physical and chemical inspection,and product analysis of the failure site.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the tubing meet the standards.The main reason for the perforation failure is the inclusion of phosphide oxides in the pipe,which causes the galvanic effect to cause pitting.The pitting causes an occlusion area around the inclusions,and the inside of the occlusion area.Increased acidity produces hydrogen-induced cracking,which accelerates corrosion and perforation of tubing.
