摘要
我国医疗体制改革的逐渐深入以及医院现代化管理水平的不断提高,对我国医院的人力资源管理工作提出了更高的要求和挑战。在当前新的形势下,医院要想取得长足的发展与进步,就需要将广大医务工作者工作的积极性和主动性充分地调动起来。文章通过对公立医院人力资源管理现状进行分析,结合需求层次理论和双因素激励理论,在用人制度、绩效考核、激励方式等5个方面提出了几点建议,将医院的目标和员工个人理想有机结合,真正让职工获得内在的职业尊重,凝聚人心,提升医院的整体形象,使得医院的全体员工朝着共同的目标前进,得到患者的认可和信赖,获得社会各界的支持。
The deepening of the health care reform in China and the continuous improvement of the hospital modern management level have raised higher requirement and challenge for the human resource management of public hospital in China.Under the current new situation,if hospitals want to make substantial development,they need to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of their staff.By analyzing the status quo of human resource management in public hospitals and combining the hierarchy of needs theory and two-factor incentive theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions on selection and employment system,performance management,hospital culture,career development.The combination of the hospital target and personal ideal,really let the staffs acquire internal professional respect,solidarity,enhance the overall image of the hospital,make the hospital staffs work towards a common goal,gain the patients’trust.Finally the public hospital will obtain the support of all sectors of society.
